Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory's Tactical Autonomy Group is seeking an experienced GNC and Autonomy Engineer-Associate Staff to contribute to navigation and estimation for autonomous systems across sea, ground, and air domains. You will work on GPS-denied capabilities and field-test hardware with state estimation and control algorithms.

You will develop and test algorithms in C++ on Linux, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help transition autonomy stacks from concept to field deployments

Qualifications

• MS/BS with relevant experience in guidance, navigation, estimation, or control.
• Strong background in algorithms or software for robotic or autonomous systems.
• Experience deploying software on real hardware and testing in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to navigation and estimation teams for autonomous systems across multiple domains.
• Develop and test GNC algorithms and software in a Linux environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to field testing and deployment.
