Job summary

Applied Intuition seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers, deploying and integrating our products in real-world environments. You will own projects from development to deployment, collaborating with engineers, product teams, and domain experts to deliver robust autonomy solutions.

The role emphasizes strong C++/Python proficiency, quick adaptation to new tools, and a willingness to work primarily from the office with some flexibility for contractors.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; graduation in 2026/2027.
• Proven ability to self-start and adapt to new tools quickly.
• Designed efficient solutions to engineering challenges across complex systems.
• Strong programming skills in C++ or Python; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate Applied Intuition products with customers in real environments.
• Develop new features and tools across the full stack for autonomy workflows.
• Tackle software, infra, robotics, and systems challenges in customer projects.
• Own technical and product decisions and drive projects from development to deployment.
• Collaborate with customers, engineers, and product teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Explore new technical tools and environments and build domain expertise.
