Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Tucson, AZ and seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care for older adults in private residences or senior living settings. You will develop personalized plans and provide evidence-based therapy while maintaining your own flexible schedule.

The role supports autonomy, telehealth options, and meaningful patient outcomes, with opportunities to work across in-home and senior living environments and to build long-term patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in AZ or eligible to obtain license.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in home or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place and safety.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate.
