Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one geriatric care in patients' homes and senior living communities in Tucson, AZ. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver evidence-based SLP therapy, documenting in FOX's EMR and collaborating with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Speech Language Pathology with AZ eligibility or licensure.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current CPR certification and ASHA CCC credentials.
• Proficiency with EMR and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one SLP services to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy.
• Deliver therapy that supports wellness, independence, and functional communication.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth when appropriate to extend access.
