Job summary
FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Marietta, GA, and seeks licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults where they live. You will perform evaluations, develop individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in private residences or senior living communities.

Qualifications
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) required.
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency; CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in home or community settings.
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and document in FOX’s EMR system.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists.
- Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
- Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
