Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing subsidiary, seeks an Autonomy Engineering Manager to lead fault management and satellite autonomy efforts across the program lifecycle. You will set engineering standards, define roles, and coordinate architecture for FDIR while ensuring mission objectives and spacecraft health.

You will be the primary point of contact for technical, budget and resource allocation, mentor SMEs, and drive end-to-end software integration, validation and testing to deliver

Qualifications

• Autonomy engineering and fault management focus.
• Experience with mission CONOPS and DRM preferred.
• Strong system architecture and software integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Autonomy Engineering team and manage budget/resources.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and processes; mentor SMEs.
• Oversee architecture for fault detection, isolation, and response (FDIR).
• Drive end-to-end software validation, integration, and testing.
