Shield AI invites a senior leader to own the autonomy team, guiding design, integration, and field deployment for multi-agent platforms. You will mentor engineers, shape architectures, and drive rapid prototyping through live tests in diverse environments.

You will balance technical depth with people leadership, collaborate with DoD and international customers, and travel 10–15% of the year to Shield AI offices and customers.
