CTRL Remote Ops seeks an Autonomy Engineer to lead autonomous mining deployments from kickoff to go-live, owning critical work end-to-end. You will drive implementations with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance across multiple sites.
You'll split time between field deployments and remote coordination, working with site operations, OEMs, dealers, maintenance, and IT/OT teams to ensure successful go-lives and measurable performance improvements.
Lead your own autonomous mining deployment within three years.
Join CTRL, and we'll write the plan to get you there in your first month.
We're hiring an Autonomy Engineer.
This isn't a role where you spend three years watching from the sidelines.
You'll own real work inside live autonomous mining deployments - and be accountable for getting it over the line.
You could own:
You'll work directly across site operations, OEMs, dealers, maintenance, IT/OT and comms with exposure to the decisions that determine whether an autonomous operation actually performs.
You'll rotate through disciplines and sites learning from people who have already deployed and run autonomous mining operations.
2-5 years' experience across mining, heavy industry, capital projects, OEMs, automation or controls.
More importantly, we want people who have owned something real end to end.
People who can work with data.
People who can communicate clearly.
People who want responsibility years earlier than a traditional career path might give it to them.
Permanent. Full time.
40-60% site-based in blocks.
Deployments across the United States.
One operator. From deployment to performance.
And we're building the next generation of people who can lead them.
