Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve adults in Wisconsin. You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders, collaborating with a care team to improve quality of life.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical autonomy, and flexible scheduling in a supportive setting that values compassionate therapy and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
