Preferred Care Home Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time Home Health in the Marco Island area. You’ll deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, with the autonomy of field work and the backing of an experienced team.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on nursing, with 1+ year Home Health and OASIS documentation experience preferred. Current BLS, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience.
• 1+ year of Home Health experience (Preferred).
• 1+ year of OASIS documentation experience (Preferred).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assessments and build individualized care plans
• Administer medications, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers to support their health goals
• Partner with physicians and the clinical team to coordinate quality care
