Preferred Care Home Health in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a compassionate RN to deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. You will assess, educate, and coordinate care with physicians across our service area.

Requirements: minimum 2 years hands-on nursing, 1+ year home health, 1+ year OASIS documentation, current BLS, valid driver's license and insurance. We offer benefits and a supportive team.
