Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on nursing experience (Required).
• 1+ year of Home Health experience (Preferred).
• 1+ year of OASIS documentation experience (Preferred).
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
