Klarus Home Health / Jet Health, Inc is seeking dedicated Physical Therapists for home health services in Castle Rock and Castle Pines, CO and surrounding areas. Roles available full time, part time, or PRN with autonomy, one-to-one patient interaction, and a competitive salary.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Education required as listed: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: current state license or PT licensure compact eligibility.
• Experience: preferred in acute care, rehab, or home health.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive treatment.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with standards.
• Utilize durable medical equipment and provide training as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with therapeutic practices.

Connaissances

Strong interpersonal skills

Current CPR certification
