Gaudiosi Law is seeking a skilled bankruptcy attorney to join our consumer-focused practice in a role emphasizing autonomy and high-caliber support. We value work-life balance while delivering aggressive representation for individuals and families facing financial distress.

As our consumer bankruptcy caseload grows, you will lead representations, craft strategies, and engage in hearings across Chapter 7 and Chapter 13.

Responsibilities

• Lead client representation from initial consultation through discharge across Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.
• Formulate legal strategies, draft and review petitions, schedules, Chapter 13 plans, and objections.
• Attend 341 Meeting of Creditors, confirmation hearings, relief from stay hearings, and adversary proceedings.
• Provide empathetic, clear, and reassuring counsel to clients navigating financial hardship.
• Partner with firm leadership on continuous process optimization and firm development.
