Responsibilities

• Lead client representation from consultation to discharge in Chapter 7 and 13.
• Draft and review petitions, schedules, plans, and objections.
• Attend 341 meetings, hearings, and adversary proceedings.
• Provide empathetic, clear counsel to clients in hardship.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvement.
