Job summary

Bedrock Robotics is seeking an Operations Program Manager to lead planning and execution of autonomous system deployments across partner construction sites. This role owns cross-functional timelines, drives launch readiness, and aligns engineering, operations, safety, product, and partnerships.

You will translate complex robotic systems into actionable plans, build scalable operating manuals, and develop repeatable deployment playbooks to enable safe, scalable launches across sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management and operations or deployment roles.
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs across engineering and operations.
• Strong planning skills: timelines, dependencies, risk management.
• Ability to translate technical systems into clear plans and documentation.
