Job summary

Bedrock Robotics Inc. seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead autonomous-system deployments across partner construction sites. You will own cross-functional timelines, drive launch readiness, and align engineering, operations, safety, product, and partnerships.

You will translate complex robotic systems into practical operating instructions, build scalable manuals, and enable repeatable, high‑quality launches across sites and platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in technical program management and/or deployment roles.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs across engineering and operations.
• Strong planning skills: timelines, dependencies, and risk management.
• Ability to translate technical systems into structured plans and clear documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel as needed for onsite launches.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and own cross-functional deployment timelines and program rollup.
• Serve as program owner for deployment launches.
• Ensure launch readiness across engineering validation, operational readiness, and safety protocols.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and critical path items; drive resolution.
• Lead deployment reporting in program reviews with clear visibility into progress, blockers, and outcomes.
• Build and evolve a repeatable deployment playbook.
• Standardize processes and improve deployment framework using AI-driven workflows and tools.
• Manage complex and first-of-kind deployments.
• Provide additional coordination for high-complexity or early-stage programs.
• Ensure alignment between internal plans and field execution.
• Support onsite teams during critical launch phases as needed.
• Define how partners interact with and operate autonomous systems in real-world environments.
• Translate complex robotic systems into clear, practical, scalable operating instructions.
• Continuously evolve operating manuals based on field learnings and customer feedback.
• Enable consistent onboarding, training, and independent operation across partner sites.
• On-time, predictable execution of deployment timelines.
• High-quality launch readiness across engineering, operations, and safety.
• Clear, effective digital operating manual enabling customer independence.
