You will diagnose and resolve faults across onboard hardware and software, review system logs, and work closely with engineering teams during deployments and demonstrations. The role requires 1–4 years in related fields and readiness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in systems support, integration, field engineering, robotics, or related technical role.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve faults across USV onboard systems, including compute, sensors, communications, cameras, radar, GNSS, autopilot hardware, vessel networks, and supporting electronics.
• Perform structured troubleshooting of hardware, software, configuration, networking, power, wiring, sensor, and system-integration issues.
• Determine root cause and drive verification and resolution.
• Review system logs, service status, device health, and isolate failures.
