Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Test Operator to operate and evaluate self-driving vehicles in autonomous mode and collect data for analysis. The role includes providing feedback and offering ride-hail services to the public, with a focus on safety and data quality.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid CDL Class C license, and have 3+ years of experience driving Class C vehicles.

Qualifications

• CDL required and valid license.
• 3+ years of experience as a Class C driver.
• Ability to operate autonomous vehicle systems and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and evaluate autonomous vehicles on defined and undefined routes.
• Drive and monitor vehicle behavior in autonomous mode, provide verbal feedback.
• Prepare detailed ride reports for operations and engineering teams.
• Work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnight.
