Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in automotive prototyping or testing, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Advanced MS Office skills are a plus, along with a hands-on fabrication mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years automotive, prototype or testing experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Assembling, disassembling, diagnosing, and repairing complex electrical, mechanical, and high voltage EV systems using diagnostic tools.
• Validating products by setting up vehicles and equipment for testing of systems and sensors.
• Mentoring and providing technical support to teammates as a subject matter expert.
• Performing functional inspection and prove-out of instrumentation, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Collaborating with customers and engineers to identify equipment and testing requirements.
• Scheduling product testing and activities with internal and external teams.
