Job summary

Sogeti seeks a Robotics System Architect to lead the architecture for autonomous vehicle solutions within the Haulage Unit. You will shape technical direction, ensure safety compliance, and deliver scalable, reliable systems across hardware and software.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, System Engineers, Safety Engineers, and Project Managers to produce clear docs, diagrams, and traceability, driving successful implementation and validation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in system/solution architecture roles in robotics or construction.
• Experience designing complex hardware-software integrated systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety-critical system principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in creating system requirements documents, functional block diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.
• Knowledge of autonomous vehicle sensors, control systems, and communication protocols.
• Awareness of cybersecurity practices for autonomous vehicle systems.
• Creative problem solver with strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall system architecture for autonomous vehicle solutions in the Haulage Unit.
• Gather, analyze, and manage system requirements with stakeholders, ensuring traceability.
• Create functional block diagrams and system architecture diagrams to visualize designs.
• Support Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide technical expertise during implementation and testing phases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, System Engineers, Safety Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Document architecture decisions and technical specifications.
