Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a dedicated Autonomous Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team, coordinating between technicians and our Autonomous Vehicle Partner to ensure service standards are met. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of autonomous vehicles within a bustling service depot.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years as a service advisor, solid automotive knowledge, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with opportunities for advancement and strong benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a service advisor role recommended.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair orders for warranty and non-warranty work.
• Allocate work to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Monitor repair progress and provide updates to the Partner.
• Collaborate with parts providers to source components.
• Participate in daily service depot meetings and share insights.
• Maintain documentation of all service activities for transparency.
• Ensure repair procedures meet manufacturer guidelines.
