AutoNation seeks a dedicated Autonomous Vehicle Service Advisor to liaison between technicians and our Autonomous Vehicle Partner. Focused on maintenance and repair of autonomous vehicles, you will manage repair orders, allocate technician work, track progress, and coordinate with parts providers to minimize downtime.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years as a service advisor and knowledge of autonomous systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or technical certification in automotive technology preferred.
• Valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a service advisor role, preferably automotive/autonomous vehicle industry.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems is desirable.
• Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair orders for warranty and non-warranty work per OEM standards.
• Allocate work assignments to technicians based on skill and workload.
• Monitor repair progress and provide updates to the Autonomous Vehicle Partner.
• Collaborate with parts providers to source components and minimize downtime.
• Attend daily service depot meetings and share performance insights.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all service activities and adherence to policies.
