Job summary

AutoNation seeks a dedicated Autonomous Vehicle Service Advisor to ensure seamless depot operations focused on maintenance and repair of autonomous vehicles. You will liaise between technicians and our Autonomous Vehicle Partner to meet service standards and expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or technical certification in automotive technology preferred.
• 2+ years in a service advisor role, automotive/autonomous vehicle industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes; ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and process repair orders for warranty and non-warranty work per OEM standards.
• Allocate work to Autonomous Vehicle Technicians based on skills and workload.
• Provide timely updates to Autonomous Vehicle Partner and address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with parts providers to source components and minimize downtime.
• Participate in daily depot meetings and share performance insights.
• Maintain documentation of all service activities for transparency and accountability.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies; promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure repair procedures comply with manufacturer guidelines.
