AutoNation in Houston is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Service Advisor to bridge technicians and our Autonomous Vehicle Partner, ensuring repairs meet OEM standards and service expectations. This is a full-time role at a major automotive retailer with strong growth opportunities.

You will initiate repair orders, allocate work, monitor progress, source parts, and maintain thorough documentation while upholding safety and customer-first service standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a service advisor in automotive or autonomous-vehicle industry.
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair processes.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

• Initiate and process repair orders for warranty and non-warranty work.
• Allocate work assignments to Autonomous Vehicle Technicians based on skill and workload.
• Monitor repair progress and provide timely updates to the partner.
• Collaborate with parts providers to source components and minimize downtime.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our service depot, focusing on the maintenance and repair of autonomous vehicles.
