Job summary

AutoNation's Autonomous Vehicle Shop seeks an experienced Shop Foreman to oversee the repair and servicing of AVs, directing workflow and ensuring high-quality, timely results. The role emphasizes leadership in a high-tech service operation, ensuring consistent communication, training, and adherence to OSHA and hazardous materials procedures.

Qualifications

• ASE Master certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive repair facility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Provide real-time support to technicians with diagnostics and repairs.
• Review diagnostic outcomes before major services begin.
• Collaborate with Fleet Service Manager and Team Leaders to improve productivity.

The Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Shop Foreman oversees the repair and servicing of all vehicles handled by the autonomous vehicle service department.
