Avis Budget Group is hiring an Auto Parts Coordinator for Autonomous Vehicles in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You will manage parts, tools, and materials for AV fleet maintenance, ensure inventory accuracy, and support efficient distribution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include daily inventory, parts sourcing, vendor communication, and documentation. On-site role requiring the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and operate a forklift where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in automotive parts management, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, track, and manage incoming and outgoing parts, tools, and supplies used in AV maintenance activities.
• Maintain records for shipping, indirect purchasing, and warranty returns.
• Perform daily inventory counts and support audits.
• Source, order, and distribute automotive and AV components, including sensors and charging equipment.
• Maintain proper binning, labeling, and organization of materials and tools.
• Collaborate with depot operations, fleet maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely materials availability.
• Report low stock levels, discrepancies, and delays promptly.
• Communicate with vendors regarding parts ordering and shipping logistics.
• Prepare and update documentation and reports related to fleet service and parts usage.
• Operate forklift where required and maintain tire disposal areas.
