Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site Parts Clerk to support a busy auto shop and fleet service environment in Irving, TX. You will manage parts inventory, coordinate sourcing and distribution, and assist technicians to ensure the right parts are available when needed.

The role requires knowledge of automotive parts, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. On-site work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and basic shop operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and distribution of automotive parts, tires, tools, and shop supplies for vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Process purchase orders, repair orders, and invoices; maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support efficient parts operations and minimize vehicle downtime to keep services on schedule.
