Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer for the Lattice for Cyber team. You will build core capabilities and primitives for offensive cyber programs, tackling networking, autonomy, systems integration, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will ship clean interfaces, provide working examples, and collaborate with customers to deploy solutions on time and at scale. The role emphasizes pragmatic engineering, cross-stack work, and a Whatever It Takes mindset in a fast-growing defense technology

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and operating production software.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and containerized deployment.
• Strong ability to debug across the full stack and across hardware/software boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Build highly-available and scalable services, data models, and APIs.
• Integrate cyber tools into the Lattice platform via SDKs or integrations.
• Collaborate with program teams and customers to deploy solutions.
• Contribute to design clarity and long-term maintainability across the stack.
• Design distributed systems for reliable operation across networks.
