Job summary

Slope is seeking a Software Engineer to develop the core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform. In this role, you will build and ship software that manages real-time telemetry and autopilot tasks while supporting Ground Control operations.

The position demands 3+ years in C++ and/or Rust within a Linux environment, alongside a strong desire to innovate. You will have a chance to work on systems with real-world impact while traveling moderately to deploy capabilities.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• 3+ years of production-grade C++ and/or Rust experience in a Linux environment.
• Experience integrating autonomous systems with military radio links.

Responsibilities

• Develop core Command and Control software for the Lattice platform.
• Ensure software runs on vehicles and Ground Control Station efficiently.
• Pioneer integration of GenAI agents for user guidance.
