Ami Arroyo Recruiting is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Mission Readiness Trainer to join the Las Vegas team. This hands-on role will deliver classroom and field instruction, coach operators, and assess performance while maintaining current SOPs and safety standards.

Travel up to 25% and a full-time W2 contract support ongoing operations training for AV professionals in the Las Vegas area. The role requires hands-on AV experience and strong communication and coaching skills.

Competenze

• At least one year of professional experience in the autonomous vehicle industry, including hands-on operations.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle mission readiness procedures and operational responsibilities.
• Ability to explain operational procedures clearly and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Experience training, coaching, mentoring, or supporting others in an operational setting.
• Ability to assess performance against standard operating procedures and identify development opportunities.

Mansioni

• Deliver classroom-based and hands-on instruction covering autonomous vehicle service operations and SOPs.
• Demonstrate operational tasks and coach operators toward consistent performance.
• Conduct and grade field-based and simulated assessments using established evaluation standards.
• Provide actionable, constructive feedback that helps operators understand strengths and improvement areas.
• Travel up to 25% to support training activities at other locations.
