Job summary

Continuum Resource Network in the United States is seeking a Trainer – Mission Readiness Service to deliver hands-on training and build operator competence within an autonomous vehicle operations team. You will teach, demonstrate, and assess daily procedures, coordinate with supervisors and instructors, and ensure operators stay compliant with SOPs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of autonomous vehicle industry experience.
• Ability to teach and assess SOP-compliant procedures.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training to operators, with demonstrations and feedback.
• Assess operator performance and provide corrective coaching as needed.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and current training requirements across teams.
• Collaborate with Training Supervisors, Project Managers and instructors.
• Travel up to 25% to support training activities.
