Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of Manufacturing, Process, or Industrial Engineering experience.
• Strong validation, documentation, and compliance knowledge.
• Team-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Improve processes, productivity, tooling, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across teams.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering teams.
• Support new product introductions, process development, and CI initiatives.
• Help establish a new manufacturing line from the ground up.
• Produce components for autonomous trucks.
