Job summary

Kodiak Robotics, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on vehicles and autonomous systems in a shop setting.

You will follow SOPs and complete work orders to keep the fleet safe and operational. You'll gain hands-on experience with AV components, diagnostics, and maintenance workflows while collaborating with senior technicians and leads to ensure quality and safety in daily fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Experience 1-3 years in fleet, automotive, or technical operations.
• Basic experience with maintenance or mechanical systems.
• Willingness to learn AV systems and diagnostics.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Execute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on vehicles.
• Work with AV components including sensors and diagnostics under guidance.
• Follow SOPs and complete documentation for all work performed.
• Collaborate with senior technicians and leads and escalate issues when needed.
