AutoNation is seeking a Fleet Service Manager – Autonomous Vehicles in San Francisco to lead a team of vehicle technicians tasked with maintaining a growing robotaxi fleet. You will drive cost controls, exceed service expectations, and collaborate with AutoNation teammates in a dynamic, values-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle repair or fleet operations.
• Experience managing a team of 25+ technicians.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven with KPI interpretation.
• Proficiency with scheduling platforms and CRM/office software.

Aufgaben

• Establishing work priorities and monitor KPIs for fleet maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with client leadership to align goals and act as liaison between client and AutoNation.
• Ensure all work orders are closed accurately and timely while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain reporting systems and comply with SOPs and client requirements.
• Lead a team of up to 10 direct reports and ~150 indirect reports across service functions.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback; conduct regular reviews.
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating shifts to ensure coverage.
