Job summary

Aceolution Inc. seeks an AV Supervisor to oversee the Drive Operations Program across designated city sites in Florida. You will manage AV Driver/Operator teams, plan shifts, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with fleet, safety, and engineering teams to maintain high service quality.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. Expect substantial travel across locations to support field operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
• Supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with process improvement capability.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel between assigned cities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise AV Driver/Operator teams across assigned locations.
• Conduct daily shift planning, scheduling, task delegation, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and operational protocols.
• Train, coach, and mentor AV operators on procedures and program standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Fleet, Safety, Engineering) to resolve issues.
• Monitor productivity metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Respond promptly to on-ground escalations and emergencies.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with Fleet & Maintenance teams to ensure optimal vehicle uptime.
