Job summary

Aceolution is seeking an AV Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Autonomous Vehicle Drive Operations Program across designated city sites. You will ensure smooth field operations, regulate safety standards, and drive performance of the driver/operator teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Fleet, Safety and Engineering, and frequent travel between cities (about 90%). Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Operations, Transportation, Logistics, Automotive, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Analytical mindset with process improvement capability.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Willingness to travel between assigned cities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise AV driver/operator teams across locations.
• Plan daily shifts, schedule tasks, and track attendance.
• Ensure safety, security, and operational protocol compliance.
• Train and mentor AV operators on procedures and standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fleet, Safety, and Engineering to resolve issues.
• Monitor metrics and implement efficiency improvements.
• Respond to on-ground escalations and emergencies.
• Prepare weekly operational reports and summaries.
• Coordinate with Fleet and Maintenance to ensure vehicle uptime.
• Travel approx. 90% of the time across locations.
