Aquent is seeking an innovative Engineer to own vehicle dynamics performance for next-generation autonomous mobility. You will drive high-fidelity CAE models and collaborate with robotics and vehicle engineering teams to deliver a responsive platform and excellent ride quality in a startup environment.

You will work with MSC Adams, CarMaker, and MATLAB/Simulink to develop metrics, validate simulations, and ensure safety performance that exceeds industry standards.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in vehicle dynamics performance development and simulation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and validate CAE models for ride and handling.
• Strong analytical skills with problem-solving capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain high-fidelity multibody vehicle dynamics models using MSC Adams.
• Collaborate with design teams and suppliers to improve ride and handling performance.
• Generate loads for Suspension, Full Vehicle, and PWT per established processes.
• Develop vehicle dynamics metrics and targets using tests and CAE data.
• Support performance balancing across vehicle integration attributes and contribute to software controls development.
• Drive active safety performance development and validation to meet automotive standards.
• Correlate simulation results with actual measurements to improve accuracy.
