Jobot is hiring an FNP or PA-C for a fast-growing urgent care team in Maryland. The role offers a salary range of $157,000 to $190,000 per year, a sign-on bonus, and incentives.

You will deliver urgent care, perform minor procedures, and interpret X-rays/EKGs in a collaborative, technology-enabled setting. We seek providers with strong emergency or acute care experience, autonomy with support, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• A degree in Medicine from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Minimum 2 years of urgent care or ER experience.
• Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care.
• Strong skills in X-Ray and EKG interpretation.
• Experience in occupational medicine and workers' compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to make sound clinical decisions.
• Excellent patient education skills.

Responsabilités

• Delivering high-quality, urgent care to patients with various injuries and illnesses.
• Performing minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and wound care.
• Interpreting X-Rays and EKGs to diagnose conditions and guide treatment plans.
• Providing occupational medicine services and managing workers' compensation cases.
• Educating patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and appropriate at-home care.
• Making critical clinical decisions based on evidence-based medicine.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in emergency medicine and general healthcare practices.
