Job summary
Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Mission Operations Engineer to deploy, validate, and improve underwater autonomous vessels. You will join the Platform Acceptance team, ensuring vehicles meet rigorous standards through testing, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
- 1+ years of hands-on engineering experience (internships qualify).
- Experience with HW/SW integration and field testing is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of structured field tests for autonomous vessel performance.
- Diagnose real-time issues in autonomy, networking, and onboard systems during tests.
- Own data logging, telemetry monitoring, and post-test analysis.
- Create post-mission reports with logs, data plots, and engineering feedback.
- Interface with multiple teams to translate product requirements into validated test objectives.
