Job summary

Saronic Technologies Inc. is seeking a Systems Architecture, Integration, and Test Engineer to drive verification, test, and integration for our autonomous maritime vessels.

You will design and execute V&V campaigns, instrument test articles, analyze data, and work with design, quality, and operations teams to ensure reliability and performance. The role emphasizes collaboration with hardware-in-the-loop testing, defining success criteria, and leading root-cause investigations to close the loop

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of industry experience in design, development, test, or systems engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Systems, Software, Electrical, or similar engineering field.
• Experience with advanced hardware or autonomous systems and complex electronics.
• Ability to decompose requirements for hardware and software and manage risk.
• Experience architecting and executing test campaigns from subsystem to vehicle level.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute V&V plans to ensure designs meet functional, performance, and safety requirements.
• Define test objectives, configurations, procedures, and success criteria for integration tests.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze test results and communicate findings with recommended actions.
• Lead acceptance tests for engineering stakeholders with production.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans for product variants with engineering and quality.
• Collaborate with design engineers to identify risks early using FMEA, PoF, and data reviews.
• Develop and maintain internal data analysis and visualization tools for test reporting.
• Work with HITL engineers to architect verification campaigns and testing campaigns.
