Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Flight Test & Integration Specialist to join our Test and Evaluation team. You will plan, execute, and oversee UAS missions, perform safety flights, and help validate autonomous systems in real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Valid Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute UAS missions, including VLOS and BVLOS.
• Act as Safety Pilot for flight operations across FW, rotorcraft, and VTOL platforms.
• Perform pre‑flight, in‑flight, and post‑flight inspections to ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot UAS systems in real-time and implement solutions.
• Integrate hardware and software systems on UAS platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering to prototype and test new subsystems.
• Configure and optimize UAS communication networks for data transmission.
• Maintain flight logs and safety documentation.
• Contribute to safe operating procedures and safety culture.
