Torc Robotics in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily autonomous vehicle testing operations, staffing, and safety compliance. You will supervise test drivers, coordinate resources, and ensure procedures are followed across testing activities to deliver reliable results.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and partner with engineering and maintenance to keep operations safe and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Terminal and Yard Operation experience.
• Safety Mindset.
• Requires continuous education and training with a passion for knowledge to maintain ingenuity and creative thinking.
• Appropriate PPE is required where needed.
• Occasional exposure to outdoor weather; ability to work in inclement conditions.
• May lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily autonomous vehicle testing operations and personnel assignments.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and resources to support scheduled testing activities.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures and testing requirements.
• Provide direct supervision to in-vehicle test drivers and fleet operations staff; evaluate performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Maintain staffing schedules and coordinate remote testing assignments.
• Communicate with fleet management and maintenance on vehicle readiness and inspections.
