Daimler Truck North America is seeking engineers early in their careers to support validation of highly automated truck systems. You will develop test strategies, execute campaigns, analyze results and drive safety objectives.

This hybrid role in Portland, OR offers hands-on experience with cutting-edge automated driving technologies, collaboration across disciplines, and opportunities to grow into a key contributor in autonomous vehicle validation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, computer science, electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience developing, reviewing and executing test cases.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Excellent teamwork and desire to continuously improve the product.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support validation strategies for highly automated vehicle platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines in fast-paced cycles.
• Plan and execute cross-functional test campaigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Develop conclusions from testing and present results.
• Contribute to validation planning, milestones and overall concept.
