Job summary

AeroVect in Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Test Engineer to lead verification and validation for autonomous ground support equipment and self-driving vehicles. The role emphasizes rigorous testing in simulation and real-world environments to ensure safety, reliability, and performance.

You will develop test plans, automate test scripts, analyze sensor data, and collaborate across autonomy, hardware, and software teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Mechatronics/Aerospace or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in vehicle testing, embedded systems, and robotics.
• Familiarity with automotive/AV test procedures, V-model, HIL/SIL testing, test automation, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive the V&V of safety-critical systems for AGSE in the airport driving environment.
• Develop and maintain test plans and protocols for evaluating AV system performance across the ODD.
• Oversee and execute manual and automated test cases in closed course and live environments.
• Build and maintain scripts and tools for test automation, report generation, and regression tracking.
