Job summary

Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) is seeking an open-rank Research Faculty member in the Unmanned Systems Integration Branch of the Robotics and Autonomous Systems Division. Qualifications

  • Candidates must be enrolled with graduation by August 2026.
  • Understanding of electrical systems integration is required.
  • Familiarity with basic Linux commands and operations.
  • Basic understanding of C/C++ or Python.
  • Lab skills: soldering, connector crimping, use of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to travel 30-40% to test events.

  • Perform basic signal processing under supervision.
  • Document work in reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to algorithm discussions and technical reports.
  • Support field tests and integration events.
