Job summary

A Veteran-Owned Small Business is seeking a Lethal Robotics and Autonomous Systems Cell Instructor in North Carolina. This role involves developing and delivering training programs for unmanned systems, supervising flight training, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of UxS piloting experience, a Top Secret security clearance, and the ability to deliver engaging instructional sessions. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a UxS pilot with proficiency in advanced maneuvers.
• Prior military experience and designation as a SUAS-E preferred.
• Strong understanding of FAA regulations and airspace restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive UxS training curriculum.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions.
• Supervise and evaluate student pilots during flight activities.
• Instruct students on maintenance and repair of UxS systems.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations.
