Qualifications

• 5+ years of configuration management for productionized electro‑mechanical systems such as UAVs or similar hardware‑software products.
• Proven ability to own CM in complex hardware/software environments.
• Experience with CM principles: identification, control, status accounting, audits.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain CM processes, standards, and procedures.
• Establish baselines for hardware, software, firmware, and documentation.
• Lead the Configuration Control Board (CCB) and document decisions.
• Oversee Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECN) processes and cross‑functional alignment.
• Ensure end‑to‑end traceability from design release to deployment.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations for production readiness.
• Own configuration audits and compliance readiness.
• Select and improve CM tools and workflows (PLM, PDM, document control).
• Mentor Configuration Analysts and Document Control staff.
