Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Easton, MD and is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private residences and Senior Living Communities. You will build your own schedule and deliver evidence-based SLP services, including telehealth when appropriate, to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
