Job summary

Beep is hiring a Shuttle Attendant to support autonomous shuttle operations in Atlanta, GA. The role combines safety monitoring, customer service, and real-time operational awareness to ensure a safe and seamless passenger experience.

You will act as the onboard ambassador for the service, helping riders feel comfortable with the technology while monitoring vehicle systems and maintaining daily operations. This is a part-time, flexible shift role with a 12:00pm–10:00pm EST window and 7-day

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with 3–5 years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming and informative environment for passengers using the autonomous shuttle service.
Engage with riders, answer questions, and explain autonomous vehicle technology clearly.
Represent Beep professionally with the public and community stakeholders.
Monitor vehicle systems and autonomous driving performance during operations.
Observe traffic and system status to ensure safe operations and situational awareness.
Provide feedback on system performance to engineering teams for improvement.
Maintain real-time communications with the Beep Command Center.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections for readiness.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and document observations for testing or software updates.
Ensure safety protocols and keep vehicles clean and ready for service.
End-of-shift vehicle charging, cleaning, and preparation for next period.
